摘 要
本文以实现对杭州市电力局110kv油变电车安装项目审核的目标,但在审核的的过程中有传统的定额计价与清单计价两种计价方式,需分析比较采用最优方式。本课题以施工竣工图纸,招标合同及现场施工情况联系单内容为基础,采用工程量清单计价模式,开展对此项目的审核工作,实现了最优化,准确的工程审核方式。
本文以传统的定额计价模式与工程量清单计价模式的优劣比较为课题背景,论述了现代化工程项目审核的全过程,主要完成课题中安装项目审核过程设计,首先是对工程量的清点,然后是制定工程量综合单价分析表及措施项目的综合单价分析表,最后完成审核对比表。本文也对工程合同的概况进行了说明。其次,介绍了施工审核的具体方案。另外,本文还论述了工程量清单计价模式的优势,介绍了工程量计价模式的发展情况。本文最后提出了设计中的一些不足之处和对今后的一些要求。论文结尾附有附表一,附表二及安装审核表。

Abstract
Hangzhou Power Authority to achieve 110kv oil change tram installation project audit objectives, but traditional fixed pricing and inventory valuation pricing during the two audits in. In this paper, the merits of traditional fixed pricing model and the bill of quantities mode of comparison for the subject background, discusses the whole process of modernization project audits completed a major problem in the installation project design review process, starting with quantities of inventory, is to develop an integrated unit analysis table quantities comprehensive Unit Price Analysis table and action items, and finally complete the review comparative table.This article also profiles works contracts described. Secondly, the specific construction program review. In addition, the paper also discusses the advantages of the bill of quantities mode, introduced the development of the project amount pricing model. 工程概况
本工程是对国网浙江省电力公司杭州供电公司要求修建的110kv油车变电站安装工程进行的审核设计。此变电站功能是为新型油车提供电力支持作用。此工程的投标报价为1364942元,为乙类投资项目。此建筑位于杭州市余杭区五常街道横板桥村,鸿雁路与规划交叉口的西北侧,占地面积1958平方米,三层框架结构,属于三类民用建筑。本次审核设计内容包括六大单项工程,分别为:室外给排水工程,室内上下水工程,暖通工程,照明工程,火灾防盗报警工程以及防雷接地工程。
