摘    要
外商直接投资在广东省长期的经济发展中充当了重要的角色,要使广东省的经济发展到一个更高的层次，达到发达国家或地区的水平，就要优化广东省出口商品结构。外商直接投资对广东省出口商品结构优化起到了很大的促进作用,但存在着一些不足。
本文回顾了广东省利用外资的历史与现状，阐述了外商直接投资对广东省出口商品结构优化的贡献，分析了广东省出口商品结构存在的种种问题，最后提出了如何利用外商直接投资进一步优化广东省出口商品结构的对策。

Abstract
FDI plays an important role in the development of the long-term economy of Guangdong province. To make Guangdong economic develop to a higher layer and attain the levels of the developed countries or regions. It needs to excellent the export goods structure of Guangdong province. FDI greatly promotes the Guangdong export goods structure, but it also has a lot of shortcomings..
This theisis looked back Guangdong history and the condition of the foreign capital, elaborating the contribution of FDI to Guangdong export goods structure , analyzing different problems about Guangdong export goods structure ,at last  it puts forward how to make use of the FDI to further excellent the export goods structure.
